Ebrington Lane

I partnered with Ryan Byrne (Webuild) on this venture which we named Gaff. Our vision was to build a property development company that was simply different. Forward thinking, technologically innovative, sustainable and customer centric.

Andy Tate was the Architect on the project. I worked very closely with him on the Architectural detailing and interior planning. Ryan was the main contractor and project managed the construction. Montreux Capital funded the project. It was very much a great collaborative effort to produce these beautiful homes.
