The Seven Sisters
A bunch of headers get together every year to race across the Glenveagh National Park. The race is 30km or 55km (depending on your level of optimism) with an elevation gain of 2000 or 4000m. We cross thick boggy ground, sink into mud up to our knees, scramble up cliffs, push our hearts, minds and muscles to the absolute limit.
It is horribly brilliant!
“Chasing angels or fleeing demons, go to the mountains.”
